Apex Automators provides AI-powered automation services for small and medium-sized businesses, including AI voice agents, lead capture systems, and related consulting services. We may contact business owners via phone or SMS in connection with our outreach and sales activities.

2. SMS Messaging Terms

  By verbally consenting to receive text messages from Apex Automators during a call, you agree to receive SMS messages containing scheduling links and follow-up information.

Message frequency: No more than 1–2 messages per request or interaction.
Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message. You will be removed from messaging immediately.

Mobile numbers collected for SMS are never shared with or sold to third parties.

3. Outbound Calling

Apex Automators conducts outbound B2B calls to business phone numbers using AI voice technology. All calls are made to business landlines or numbers obtained from publicly available business directories. Our AI agent discloses its nature when asked. Calls are made in compliance with applicable telemarketing laws including TCPA regulations governing B2B communications.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Apex Automators LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from using our AI automation services. Results vary based on industry, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Automators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or communications.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denver County, Colorado.
